The unit is open every day of the year including holidays with a physician and staff on duty. The convenient hours allow you to take care of your medical needs after business hours or when your regular doctor's office is closed. We participate with most health insurance plans.

Glasgow Medical Aid Unit at Christiana opened on November 1, 2004 to provide service to residents and workers in the mid-county area. The unit is owned and operated by Glasgow Medical Center, LLC whose Medical Aid Unit has served the Newark/Bear/Glasgow area since 1990.
The Medical Aid Unit is an attractive alternative when your physician is not available or your condition does not warrant a visit to the Hospital Emergency Room.

Complete clinical laboratory services are offered to all members of the community regardless of where their doctors are located. Most health insurance plans are honored. |

Drive South to Exit 4B - Metroform Exit
Merge Right onto Churchman's Road.
Continue Straight on Churchman's[at Route 7 Crossing], to end at Route 4
Turn Left on Route 4
Turn Right at light - Hygeia Drive (across from Christiana Hospital)

From Newark & Maryland:
Drive North on I-95 to Exit 4B
Follow Signs "to Hospital"
Merge/Turn Right at light, onto Churchman's Road
